They want the pilot on two sites first, then the rest of the fleet in the spring. Budget is signed off for the pilot only.

The blocker is the old scheduling system. Nobody has the credentials any more, and the person who built it left in March, so we are reading the database directly until someone finds them.

Action for me: send the revised scope by Friday, with the two sites named, and ask whether their security review runs in parallel or after the pilot
